On Christmas Day, enjoy a 5-course set menu designed to share for $190 per person. Begin with marinated olives and warm focaccia before entrées of salmon carpaccio, grilled king prawns, and freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters. The feast continues with turkey breast filled with pistachio stuffing and slow-roasted lamb shoulder, served alongside seasonal sides. To finish, choose between our festive pavlova with Black Forest compote & figs or a delicate honey coconut pannacotta with mango jelly.
On New Year’s Eve, ring in 2026 with an elegant à la carte dinner, available at two seatings: 5:30 pm and 8:30 pm. Our menu highlights the best of modern Australian dining, from fresh seafood to hearty mains and indulgent desserts, paired with your favourite drop from our curated wine list, champagne, spirits, or cocktails. As spring unfurls across the Northern Beaches, we’re celebrating the crisp vibrancy of the season with fresh new breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. From juicy heirloom tomatoes and mango to citrus notes, seasonal herbs and garden greens. Our NEW Head Chef
Meet Tanya
Tanya’s culinary journey began in her homeland of Laos, where her sister ran a bustling restaurant. Inspired by the smells and flavours she encountered, Tanya developed a passion for cooking that she carried with her to Australia. Starting as a kitchen hand, she quickly immersed herself in learning about local produce and flavours, refining her skills across a variety of cuisines, including French, Asian, and Italian. The Sydney Opera House being one of the places where Tanya excelled at.
Her story with Pasture started at the Balmoral location, where she honed her craft, and stepped away to develop further, before returning to Kirribilli in January as a Senior Chef. Her dedication and talent for flavour matching, combined with her ability to manage a kitchen, swiftly earned her the role of Head Chef. Tanya’s flair and innovation have already made a significant impact on our menu.
We’re thrilled to have Tanya lead our kitchen at Kirribilli. Beyond her culinary skills, she is an outstanding human being. We invite you to experience the creativity and warmth she brings to every dish and join us in welcoming Tanya to the team!

We believe in making your time with us truly special! For a corkage fee of just $20 per bottle, you can savour your preferred wine with your meal. This offer is perfect for intimate gatherings, celebrations, or simply enjoying a memorable meal with loved ones.
